Conditions for Returns:

Original Condition:

Shoes must be unworn and in their original condition.

Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Original Packaging:

Please return the shoes in their original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or inserts where possible.

Proof of Purchase:

A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be included with your return.

Return Period:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.  May be extended over festive period.

How to Return:

By Mail:

Pack your shoes securely in their original packaging and include the receipt. Send them to the address below. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
